The Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) are revising the Equality Framework for Local Government . This new framework will complement the National Improvement and Efficiency Strategy and the work of the Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnerships (RIEPs) in improving performance on equality and diversity. A draft version of the framework has been produced and is currently open for consultation.
