4 eco-towns proposals accepted
Four eco-town proposals have been given the go-ahead: Whitehill-Bordon in Hampshire, St Austell (China Clay) in Cornwall, Rackheath in Norfolk and North West Bicester in Oxfordshire. The first eco-towns are due to be completed by 2016.
