The Carnegie Trust's four-year inquiry, chaired by the Young Foundation's Geoff Mulgan, examining the future of civil society has published its final report, Making Good Society. The report covers a huge array of issues and approaches focused around four key challenges and opportunities the third sector faces: a civil economy, a low carbon economy, democratising media ownership and participatory democracy.
