Impact of the budget
Think tank, the Institute for Fiscal Studies, has published research, commissioned by the End Child Poverty Campaign, revealing that the Budget measures scheduled to come into effect between 2012 and 2014 were generally regressive and that the poorest families with children will lose more than any other group.
