The Government Equalities Office (GEO), has set out plans to produce a new National Equality Framework for Business and a ‘self assessment' tool to measure efforts to tackle work-placed inequality. The plans for a voluntary scheme to support improvement and good practice follow a feasibility study into developing a national equality standard for employers.
