Caitlin joined Urban Forum in February 2010, having previously worked as part of the Centre for Local Democracy at the Local Government Information Unit. As Research and Policy Officer, her key responsibilities are to conduct surveys and polls to inform Urban Forum's policy work, develop larger pieces of research and carry out research projects.

Outside of work, Caitlin spends much of her time training for and running marathons.
