Booking Rules
Once a place is confirmed at an Urban Forum event this consititutes a contract between the individual or organisation placing the booking and Urban Forum. The individual or organisation is then liable to pay the full amount, as listed in any relevant invoice, unless Urban Forum receives notice of cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the event. Fifty per cent of the original amount will be liable for cancellations received up to 8 days before the event, and the full amount thereafter.
Every effort will be made to help individuals or organisations with restricted income but this will depend on the nature of the commitment Urban Forum has to make to the venue.
