Urban Forum and NAVCA, together with the National Empowerment Partnership and IDeA, have published How Your Council Works: A Handy Guide for Community Groups.
This practical guide provides the essential information that local authorities and LSP partners need to develop a joined-up approach to community engagement. The guide has been produced jointly with the Improvement and Development Agency for local government (IDeA) and NAVCA, with support from the National Empowerment Partnership.
