As part of continual feedback from Urban Forum members - the annual membership survey was sent out to all members during September 2010.   

 

The members survey is an essential part of Urban Forum's ongoing development work. We use this highly useful feedback to help develop and improve both existing and new services in line with member needs as well as reporting back to funders about how we're meeting these needs. This report presents the results, describing the communities served and activities carried out by Urban Forum members; the numbers of staff and volunteers they engage; an overview of annual turnover, and opinions of the services that Urban Forum provides.
