Asset Transfer
ASSET TRANSFER is a process by which local assets such as buildings and land currently, or formerly, managed by local public bodies are handed over to the community to manage.
The Development Trusts Association manages the Asset Transfer Unit which offers advice and support to local people and councils around all aspects of asset transfer.
