The Office of the Third Sector (OTS) has published the findings of the Below the Radar local pilots, surveying informal third sector groups, that fell outside of the National Survey of Third Sector Organisations (NSTSO), that is used to measure NI7. The report profiles the informal third sector in the three pilot areas but suggests (rather unfortunately) that comparing the pilot data with the NSTSO data is not possible.
