Big Society Bank
David Cameron announced in Parliament on 9th February that £200m will be contributed by high street banks to the Big Society Bank as part of the Project Merlin agreement with the largest banks. Meanwhile, Urban Forum Chief Executive, Toby Blume, has criticised the fact that the money is in the form of loans at commercial rates of interest.
