Before Summer recess the Lords completed its examination of the Localism Bill, debating amendments on social housing, planning, homelessness, the community infrastructure levy and assets of community value. Urban Forum has published a briefing summarising some of the amendments. We also published the results of our survey into the views of community groups on community rights proposals.
