New Enterprise Zones to be established
The announcement in the Budget of 21 new Enterprise Zones , designed to boost economic development has generated a number of responses, including reaction from IPPR and a report from the Work Foundation on whether enterprise zones work. The first enterprise zones will be set up in Nottingham, London, Manchester and Liverpool.
