Public Sector Equality Duty Policy Review
The Government Equalities Office has published ‘the Public Sector Equality Duty: reducing bureaucracy ', setting out draft regulations for how the Duty, which was introduced through the 2010 Equality Act, is implemented. Views are invited on the policy paper until 21st April 2011.
