vince_cable.pngWe are delighted that Vince Cable MP will be giving the keynote speech at Urban Forum's Annual Conference 2009 - It's The Stupid Economy.  Mr Cable, who has been the voice of reason throughout the credit crisis, will speak to delegates as part of a packed programme.
