Bank Gifting Accounts proposed for budding philanthropists
Matthew Bowcock, chair of the Community Foundation Network, has lent his support to calls for bankers to give more of their wealth to charity , using "bank gifting accounts" as advocated in CFN's Manifesto for Philanthropy.
