BME representation in LSPs research
A report of research conducted by Urban Forum and BTEG (Black Training and Enterprise Group) for the Commission for Racial Equality (now part of the Equalities and Human Rights Commission). The research was carried out in 2006, examined the participation in LSPs by people from ethnic minorities.
