Consultation on the Consolidation of Charity Law
The Office of the Third Sector (OTS) have launched a consultation over proposals to bring legislation on charities in England and Wales together under one single law. ‘The Consolidation Bill' aims to make law governing charities simpler, more accessible, and better structured. The consultation is open until 4th December.
