The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has launched its new third sector strategy and a £6m fund to support environmental projects. As part of the strategy Defra will establish a new third sector leaders board to advise ministers on working with the sector. The Greener Living Fund will support third sector organisations to promote ‘green activities' and reduce their carbon footprint.
