Power to recall MPs to be considered
The Prime Minister announced, in his speech to the Labour Party conference, a range of measures to reform the electoral system that will form part of Labour's General Election manifesto. Among these will be the power for citizens to remove their MPs, though probably only in extreme circumstances.
