Rachel joined Urban Forum in August 2009, moving from Shelter where she managed Shelter's Regional Campaigns Team. Rachel worked for eleven years at Shelter, and before this for eight years at Manchester City Council, and has a background in influencing public policy, and in the provision of front line advice services. Rachel's main responsibilities at Urban Forum are to coordinate policy development and research activity, and to oversee the organisation's work with members.
