Strategic Priorities
Our four strategic priorities underpin all our work. They have been developed by our trustees and staff, based on extensive feedback from our members.
Our priorities are:
1) Effective local governance and neighbourhoods - supporting community groups to be more engaged with regeneration initiatives, local frameworks and neighbourhood governance in a self-directed way.
2) Improved diversity, equalities and cohesion - improving understanding of the underlying barriers and solutions to greater equality, cohesion and diversity at all levels from the individual to the State.
3) Enhanced places and the built environment - enabling community groups to have greater influence over the urban development process and the quality of the built environment and public space.
4) Strengthened impact assessment - demonstrating the impact and benefit of community action and involvement in delivering urban regeneration.
