Toby Blume, Chief Executive
Toby is Urban Forum's chief executive, leading the organisation's policy work and government relations. Toby has served on a number of governmental advisory groups on LSPs, empowerment and sustainable development and was recently appointed to CLG's Third Sector Partnership Board. Toby is the author of the Handy Guide to Local Area Agreements.
Toby was runner-up in the 2008 Most Admired Charity Chief Executive awards. He chairs a charitable trust that provides grants to Gypsies and Travellers and is currently obsessed with banking reform.
